Karcher G3050OH Review
Karcher Pro Series 3000PSI Honda GC190 Gas-Powered Pressure Washer, G3050OH
German engineering meets every day commonsense with the Karcher G3050OH. It is a workhorse designed to deliver professional grade cleaning services with an impressive 3,000 PSI output at 2.5 GPM. This is around 60 times the pressure generated by a normal garden hose. It uses 10-inch pneumatic tires and metallic wheels with a commercial grade motor and brass pump head. The Honda GC190 engine is easy to start up and a complete set of Pro-style nozzles lets you control the pressure as you want it. It comes with a 2-year warranty on the Honda engine and a 1-year manufacturer warranty with a 25 feet long high-pressure hose.

Ease Of Use: 3.5/5
Forget the power, the output or the Honda engine. When it comes to changing hose, attaching them to the pressure washer, it requires a lot of acrobatics to just get it right. Because of the weird plumbing positions, getting this pressure washer rigged up is a big pain. Thankfully, once you are done attaching the hose and other stuff, starting the engine and operating it is simple. The Honda GC190 engine is more than dependable. Even after a long winter rest, it starts efficiently with the second or third pull. Efficiency is great with an entire tank lasting for one hour or so.
Noise: 4/5
The Honda GC190 being just 189cc does not create too much noise. In fact, compared with other professional gas pressure washers this is probably the most ear-friendly machine in the market. The sound from the pump and pressure in the hose die out in contrast to the engine noise, which is actually a good thing. Definitely not something you want to operate inside your garage but it is comparatively easy on the ears.

Karcher G 3050 OH Gas Powered Pressure Washer
Power: 4/5
3000 PSI at 2.5 GPM with metallic pro-nozzle or spray tips gives you immense control over the power output. Moreover, the engine and pump are durable, well built and sync together to produce an ample amount of pressure and water flow. Personally, I feel the Karcher G3050OH is a professional grade pressure washer with an affordable price tag. Some might say that because of its design flaws it should fall under the Semi-pro category but in my opinion, almost all complaints are based on the negligence of the owner.

Karcher G3050OH
Application: 5/5
With the 5 metal spray tips, you can change the pressure output ranging from 3000 PSI to about 1200 PSI. Properly attaching the hose lets you suck in detergent-laden water from a container and use it to spray wash your car, furniture, floor, and other surfaces. And when it is time to blast dirt and grime away switch to the more powerful tips. The Karcher G3050OH might not be overtly powerful but at 3000 PSI it has got sufficient bandwidth for any kind of domestic application.
Durability: 4/5
Before you head out to Amazon and elsewhere, let me be the first to tell you that the Karcher G3050OH is a care hungry machine. If you don’t know how to winterize a gas pressure washer, then read our how to section and learn before purchasing this machine. It requires immense care if it is to survive more than a couple of years without repairs. Most complaints are about the use of plastic connections, rings and other components in the pump, which is almost impossible to find replacements for. The only reason why the pump is going to die in the first year is if one does not winterize it properly. As for the wheels, 10-inch pneumatic tires are good enough to move on any surface. The only reason it is hard to transport is because of the 75-pound weight.
Customer Support: 3/5
Karcher cannot be blamed for not providing replacement parts for the G3050OH. They do not expect the pump to die out so fast. Moreover, the pump is actually well designed to last a long time as long as it is taken care of. The warranty therefore specifically mentions that Karcher cannot be held responsible for pump damage due to lack of winterization. Knowing Karcher customer support to be great, I cannot in my right mind deduct points for poor availability of replacement parts.
